Shipping & Tracking Your Order
Boundr ships from all the contiguous United States, but not Hawaii or Alaska.
Boundr shipping rates do not include duties and taxes. Shipments are sent as delivered duty unpaid (DDU).
Yes. Your shipment cannot exceed a total value of US$2,499.99.
To complete the “What’s in the Package?” section of your package details, your item description should answer these three questions:
- What is the item?
- What materials is it made from?
- What or who is the item designed for?
For example, if you are shipping running shoes, you would answer:
- Shoes
- Fabric & Rubber
- Running
And the item description would be Shoes, Fabric & Rubber, Running.
You can drop your shipment off at the nearest drop-off point.
No. All Boundr shipments must be brought to a local drop-off point.
Yes. We will email you a tracking number you can use to monitor the real-time progress of your package from drop-off to delivery.
To prepare your package for international shipping, it will be sent to Boundr's Sarasota facility where we:
- Confirm your package contents are correct, undamaged, and can be shipped to the destination address
- Securely package and label items for global shipping
- Execute all necessary export paperwork
- Ship your items to the destination country using the courier you selected
Customs clearance occurs when customs officials inspect and approve your package in its destination country. Correctly completing the “What’s in the Package?” section of your shipment order will help facilitate this process.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method you select. Estimated delivery times are displayed in the shipment order process.
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes after your shipment order is placed. Please be sure to review your shipment details carefully before submitting.
You can cancel any orders that have not been received by the carrier in your Boundr account for a full refund. If you do not see an option to cancel your shipment, please contact us.
